Returns Policy

i-BLADES aims to provide you with an excellent product, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your purchase provided it meets the following guidelines:

  • Product must have been purchased directly from i-BLADES
  • Product condition must be unopened and unused
  • Product was received within the last 30 days
  • Must have a valid return authorization number which can be obtained by e-mailing hello@i-blades.com

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  You are responsible for any cost associated with shipping the product back to i-Blades.

Once the item is received and inspected, a credit will be issued to you against the original method of payment.  The credit will appear within 10 business days of item receipt.  Please note that refunds will not be issued for product that has been opened or used unless specifically approved within the RMA approval e-mail.
