Shipping: Domestic and International

Shipment Locations 

 

i-BLADES ships everywhere within the United States with the exception of New York State.  We do not conduct business or ship into the state of New York.

i-BLADES ships to all countries in the world with few exceptions.

 

Shipment Cost

All domestic orders ship free of charge.  International orders have a $55 shipping fee which is payable at time of order placement.  Customers are responsible for any importation duties or taxes due when the delivery reaches the destination.

 

Shipping Orders

Orders will ship within 1-2 business days for any items indicating "Shipping Now" within the product detail pages.  Pre-order items, or any item marked as "Backorder" on the web site will ship at a future date.  Any expected delivery dates that may be given are estimates only and subject to change.

Once your order ships you will receive a shipment confirmation, along with tracking information.

Domestic shipments are generally delivered within 5-7 days.

i-BLADES uses a combination of UPS, and the United States Postal Service as our shipping carriers.  

UPS will make three attempts to deliver a package.  After three attempts, they will return the package to i-BLADES.

i-BLADES is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

 

Delivery Address

A complete and correct delivery address is required.  Once we release your order for shipment, we can no longer change the delivery address on your order.  If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address we will attempt to contact you for a correct address.  We will re-ship and charge you for the shipping cost.

 

International Shipments

You are responsible for payment of any importation taxes, sales taxes or other charges which may be applied when the delivery reaches your destination.  Please note i-BLADES has no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.  You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the shipment is destined.

If a shipment is abandoned or refused due to local taxes or duties not being paid, a refund will not be issued for the order.

 

Cancelling an Order
