Returns Policy

i-BLADES aims to provide you with an excellent product, however, in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unopened product for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase. Please note this is only applicable if you purchased the product directly with i-BLADES.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. All return items must be in new and unused condition, in original packaging, and be accompanied with a return authorization. Once your return request is approved you will be responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to i-BLADES.

Any claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

 

Product Warranty Term

All new i-BLADES hardware products carry a one-year Limited Warranty from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from date of original purchase.

 

Exclusions And Limitations

By purchasing at i-BLADES, whether you place your order online or by telephone, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review i-BLADES warranty terms, have done so to the degree you need to be familiar with them, and you accept their terms and conditions, including the limitations, exclusions, and disclaimers in them.

Except for the limited warranty expressly set forth below, or to the extent restricted or prohibited by applicable law, i-BLADES expressly disclaims any and all other warranties express or implied, including any warranty of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, and you specifically agree that i-BLADES shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of data, for breach of any warranty of any type on any i-BLADES product. In addition to and without limiting the generality of the foregoing disclaimers, the limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device or personal property inside or outside of the i-BLADES product.

FOR END USERS WHO ARE COVERED BY AN APPLICABLE CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW OR REGULATION IN THEIR COUNTRY OF PURCHASE OR RESIDENCE, THE BENEFITS TO THE END USER UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE IN ADDITION TO OTHER RIGHTS AND REMEDIES OF THE END USER UNDER SUCH LAWS OR REGULATIONS. SUCH BENEFITS MAY INCLUDE ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES OR RIGHTS RELATING TO THE PERFORMANCE OF THIS PRODUCT AND REMEDIES APPLICABLE IN THE EVENT OF A DEFECT. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY WILL BE INTERPRETED UNDER THE LAWS OR REGULATIONS THAT APPLY TO THE END USER IN ANY STATE, PROVINCE OR COUNTRY AND ANY PROVISION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY THAT CONFLICTS WITH ANY SUCH END USER RIGHTS OR BENEFITS IS NOT APPLICABLE TO END USERS COVERED BY SUCH LAW OR REGULATION, SO THE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS SET OUT IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY MAY NOT APPLY, OR MAY NOT FULLY APPLY, TO YOU.

 

Warranty Service

We promise that your Product will be defect-free in materials and workmanship. The software contained within your Product is provided “as is” and “as available”. No warranty, expressed or implied, is made regarding any product’s merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

 

What Isn’t Covered

The warranty will not cover product failure because you broke it (any defect or malfunction that is caused as a result of misuse, failure to follow operating instructions, abuse, or use with improper or faulty equipment). Also, the warranty is not applicable after you open any product that is not intended to be opened – please do not try and fix anything yourself. I-BLADES does not warranty or provide service or support for any third party products, customized or custom printed product; product purchased through unauthorized resellers, deal sites, liquidation sites, auction sites; promotional items; or incidental or consequential damages.

 

Documentation

To help ensure warranty claims are for genuine i-BLADES products, our technical support department may require a receipt to complete your claim. If a receipt is required, you will be emailed requesting a copy be attached and sent to us via email.

 

Repair And Replacement

i-BLADES, at its discretion, will repair or replace any product that proves to be defective in material or workmanship, with the same product or one of equal or lesser value during the warranty term. If your product is no longer being manufactured or is out of stock, we may replace your product with a similar or better product at our option. If you return your product within the first 30 days of purchase, you will receive a new replacement unit. Replacement units that are sent for products that are returned to i-BLADES after the first 30 days of purchase may be refurbished units of similar cosmetic wear.

Replacement products provided hereunder are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of the repair or replacement for ninety (90) days or, if longer, for the remainder of the original warranty period. This warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end-user purchaser.
